Gambling - (to play at any game of chance for money or other stakes) is a very addictive activity as it often causes families to breakup or even death. When you win, you would often think that lady luck is on your side and continue to gamble until you lose everything. Worse come to worst, gamblers would go around borrowing money from relatives, family or even loan sharks.

This has hence cause lots of ruckus and issues as Singaporeans think that it is unfair for foreigners to enter the casino for free when the citizens of Singapore has to pay a entry fee. At special occasions like Chinese New Year, I feel that it is okay to gamble once in awhile as it can bring a joyous feeling to the environment. However, we must know when to stop.
